thanks cant wait untill its finished

yea it does look a bit high but not too bad when off the stand its an abba stand so as well as the back being pretty high the swingarm is decompressed to , i like the riding position when im sat on it i removed 1 1/2 " off the lower legs for that hight

got a bit pissed off what garages charge for the simplest of tasks they are turning into greedy sods as are the scrappys , i also didnt like the fat arse of the srad and i want to learn more about my bike and thought this was a good way as i have had it since a year old so its not worth much resale so i thought i would play with it . i always said that i would never remove a wheel as i know how fast i go on them but i feel pretty confident doing this now as with everything in life as long as you got the confidence you can do it . the only problem is i find i triple check all of my nuts and bolts so it takes a while just to recheck what i have already done . it also give a good feeling to take somthing on and finish it

my main reason was to get more clearence from the sub frame as i was bottoming out alot , also i think it looks better with the jacked up rear end and its mine one of a kind especially when i paint it how i want it too . oh and its still a srad but with a skinny arse

Awsome. Does look good.
I however like the fat arse on the srad. Not sure why, Im thinking of adding somehow to the bottom two frames so it pushes the arse up more...Any ideas on what might be ideal?
I was thinking along the lines of some strong metal plate with holes at each end so a large screw and bolt can go thru to hold it all together.

Ojos,

you will be looking for a jack-up kit, they are readily available, my bike is raised 25mm at the rear.

hope this helps.
