Now I'm getting as confused as you PB Icon_scratch

the sag (via preload adjustment) is the same on the 600 as the 750 - same amount (25mm front 6mm rear) static sag. The only difference being lsight difference in weight & different forks & shock, so the amount of adjustment to acheive these figures varies - hence why it's better to do it by measurement than by 3 rings & 20mm thread etc etc

nice one i will set it up and see how it goes but what you are saying is or should be that the figures 3 rings and 25mm sag are the same setting or should be the same setting but doing it via sag is more accurate as soon as i get the chance i will go to a "pro" for sure i want to learn how to do this as i wouldent even touch the bike last year and already i have started to do work to the bike i wouldent of dremed of doing and its saving me a small fortune
