cold .. valve clearance is Intake 0.10 to 0.20mm
................................Exhaust 0.20 to 0.30mm
but these are the shim clearance and if any are out side they need to be replaced with one of the correct thickness |

Hi Jester,
Ive got the service manual for it so ive taken a snap shot of the pages you need and hosted them(rather than trying to host the 90mb manual on my web space) Its got the 'how to', and the shim selection charts for inlet and exhaust if you need to alter any.
In order:
Page 1: [link]
Page 2: [link]
Page 3: [link]
Page 4: [link]
Page 5: [link]
Let me know if and when you've downloaded them so i can delete them from my webspace.
Hope that helps.

Just checked mine on the 1100w and after 20,000 miles (of nice steady motoring...... NOT ) they were all well within tolerance. |

my 750 Y was checked at roughly 17,000 and was spot on for tolerance.
most are noisy until warmed up, and some stay noisy - try changing to a different brand of oil that can sometimes make a big difference. |
