Right i'm feeling a bit of a tit the now needing my front wheel off 2 go get my tyres changed at mates got back no prob but i've never taken a front wheel off i unscrewed the for wee screws on the forks 2 either side but next step i'm lost some1 said its treaded in or something any help would be a god send i've got a k4 600 an got a trackday on monday at knockhill so really need them done cheers |

| you need the adapter to get the front wheel off ... can you not ride the bike to the tyre dealer and let them remove it ? |

| you need to leave the left forks small screws done up. or the spindle could spin in its holder type of thing. as andy said, you then need a 24mm adaptor to undo the spindle. or if your carfull you can just get away with a 24mm nut and spanner but this way is a little more awkwad |
