k6 suspension setup

Anyone got any advice on how i can get the suspension set up on the k6 600
i was told they are set for a 12 stone rider and i am quite a bit more :sad:

Have a read of this thread http://www.gixerboyz.co.uk/forum/viewtopic.php?f=21&t=1808 if you haven't already, some good help in there. If you haven't got the time or inclination to learn what each setting does and how it works with other settings, then get along to a trackday and get it checked out there, or go to your nearest suspension specialist and ask for their advice.
