Not sure if this is really the right place but here goes anyway.
Had a question regarding my Datatool alarm, checked on website for answer but could see nothing.
As a last resort filled in the 'contact us' form on the website with a mobile number and WOW 1 hour later a technical guy rang back and gave me all the info I needed.
So don't be put off by the fact that it seems you are sending a message in cyberspace if you have a problem with a datatool alarm give it a go. |
