Am i allowed to name and shame companies on here? I have had a very bad experience having some tyres fitted on Thur.
Somehow they managed to bend my Rear Caliper Bracket so that it was pressing against my rear disk.
I took it back to a guy who has sorted me out in the past with my old RVF and he bent it back, V'd out where it had cracked and Alloy welded it so that it was re-enforced.
FREE OF CHARGE i might add. Awesome bloke.
Proper raging about the tyre fit company though!!!!!! |

while were at it.
Kawasaki Centre in Corby, ripped me off plenty of times, parts cost double the retail, etc.
Took my RF there to have bigger jets put in and dyno'd. went in at 90bhp at the wheel, come out at 80bhp at the wheel, they charged me £176 for blowing the carbs out with air and replacing 4 23p o rings, i could have done it at home
will NEVER use them again |

| I'm a fan of the net tyres route too, i have always fit me own but get em balanced at the shop. Stems from my days of dispatching. Not used any bad guys up here yet but Crooks Suzuki in Barrow seem like one of the good guys. We should have a good guys sticky too! |

Wow...I thought this sort of bullsh!t only went on in NZ.
My mate took his bike to a local bike tyre outlet and they bent his front rotors(both of em) and...and...wait for it.........dropped his TL1000R off the bike hoist onto the ground and fu@#d the tank!!!!!!
They had it all repaired but it was not up to scratch and now hes seeking legal redress. Theres cowboys everywhere, thats why I always do my own work and always have. |

I was in the back when they were doing the front wheel and that almost happened to mine.
I must have skipped not just one heart beat but about 100!!!!!
They really didn't look like they were professionals! |
