Seeing as the girls are growing in numbes on here, my significant other, Doris, thinks that this may be of interest to some of them.
Not for the boys this time....

There are some very quick girls out there. We get a few in on the tours and they can ride the back end off a lot of guys.

There was a girl, on a Ducati FILA replica, at Rockingham last week, and when the marshall was calling our session, you'd see several small-cocked blokes rush to try and get behind her bike in the queue to go on.

I was right behind her, and I'm happy to admit I was there purely to enjoy the view, so I was able to watch people chasing her and I was amazed at the numpty-maneouvers some people were trying on, JUST because they didn't want to get beaten by a girl. There was an 8ft rule that day, for over-taking, but these lads were just trying to out-brake her, rider under her, anything, if it meant getting past, but she was just too good for them.

In the end, some knob went fairing to fairing with her at the hairpin, and it shit her up a bit, but I don't think she wanted to tell the marshalls (she actually worked at CSS, the people organising it) incase people thought she was having a "girlie moan". I (and 3 or 4 other people) had a 'word' with the lad, and I swear to God, all he could say was "I ain't lettin' no bird beat me".

Regards

ps - before you all think I'm some kind of do-gooding track crusader, she had a cracking arse, and I thoroughly enjoyed watching her for session after session. Unfortunately, I had an erroneous misfire that day, and it prevented me for over-taking anything red, with FILA stickers on it. Very Happy
