after missing the MK run this morning I went for a quick ride this afternoon to see if I had mounted the Ohlins damper in the correct position with the Harris mounting kit, I HADN'T 
Discovered on my first u-turn I had not positioned it anywhere near correctly as it came to the abrupt end of its travel on a right u-turn and I slipped off the side, 100 yards from my front door thanks god for the R&G's, not a mark on it.
Oh the embarrassment in front of the neighbours. Still prob better than in front of fellow Gixerboyz |

| Thanks for the comments ....it does look good i'm impressed with it and myself..i've never been one to do shit like this i normally pay someone else to do the work, but i decided if i was gonna get it on the road then i should be the one getting my hands dirty....and i'm chuffed to bits with the outcome took it out today for a little run down the industrial estate to check everything was fixed and secure...nowt fell off so i did summat right! |
