I have been getting this F1 light come on on the k7 last time i cleaned fuses checked them and put them back and all was ok.
Till to day its starting it again but fuses are clean and its getting on my titties as dealer said it could be damp and should be ok wen dried out left bike running for 30 mins still blooding flashing F1 so goin to try on off method and see wot happens. Rolling Eyes

Well after a few on and offs and the kill switch and putting the key to off with the kill on off its stopped so couldnt of been that serious!!!
but if it does it again its goin on the computer at the suzuki dealers.
but for now its good. Wink

Billy mate .. they dont put them on a computer they fit the switch and do just the same as us

all the K5 - K7 have an issue with the valve in the zorst .. 99 out of 100 that is what it is ... normally caused by the bike not being run often enough

at the start of this thread it says to short the connector while engine is running, my prob is the f***ing thing wont start. starter solinoid just clicking like a tw*t. cannot find anything wrong though. don't think it's battery as the lights are plenty bright

can i short block to find code when engine is not running???????

if its just clicking then i would say the battery just hasnt got enough power to engage the starter

sorted guys (and gals) was duff battery after all, just threw us a little with the way it was behaving. luckerly i had a spare one in the shed.
