As some of you may know I binned the gixer at the "ring", a short while ago. Bit of a pain but a good chance to make it a little better/different.
Thats how it looked when I binned it.
Since then I have stripped it down and thrown away all the damaged stuff, there was a big pile much more than I thought there would be.
The bike is now off getting the frame straightened. It must have bounced a lot harder than I did!
I'll post again when its back and some of my many ebay accusitions have arrived. |

Just got home and some of the parts to fix it up are here, cool getting new bits aint it.
K4 forks and brakes, cheap chinese fairing which is better than I thought it would be, and some nice clipons etc. |

| Cheese! I wish, if mine had been cheese it would have been fine. Guess mine was made of custard then. Oh well it will be fine soon!?! |

I got my new screen today, and fitted it to the chinese top fairing, not a bad fit really.
Also fitted my new clipons and radial master cylinder to the forks, just to see how they look you understand.
I'm now picking the bike up saturday afternoon so hopefully I'll get some pics off the bike with some of the new stuff fitted this weekend.
Its going from lucky strike colours to black and orange, there's no accounting for taste eh! |
