well as some of you are aware i had to sell my k3 alstare a couple of weeks back due to money issues. the plan was then to be back on the trusty ped until may next year until i buy a new bike.

after riding the ped for a week i felt very vulnarable and just did not feel safe. so last week i bought a sv 650s to get me around until may and might even keep it after that to use for work and back depending on what i buy in may. got the sv for just under £1400 which i thought was pretty good, 10,000 miles 2000 model 3 previous owners with all mot's ect to prove never een droped and guy had owned it for the last two years and only done 900 miles and just sat in the garage. nothing compared to my old gixer but will do until next year and think i got a bit of a bargain. will sell the ped now for £800 minimum and will still be ale to enjoy the summer on a proper bike.

yeah cheers guys, i actually quite like the bike and is so much easier to ride than the k3. its oviously not as quick but with the winter only really a month round the corner i will be able to ride this and feel more at ease. also riding the sv dont temp me to be riding at80mph everywhere if that makes sense which is what i pro need for my first year on proper bikes.

no, i had a 125 for a couple of years before i did my full license on cbt just to get to work and back and just kept hold of it incase anything happened to the gixer and was all paid for and insured until september so no point getting rid of it then. but it was such a come down and i just could not deal with it, especially as i have two weeks off in august.
