To be fair to him it was his first time at Oulton and this was the first session after lunch.
He didn't use tyre warmers so was just feeling his way.
They don't really encourage the use of tyre warmers or indeed wets (not that they were needed, brilliant sunshine all day). And there were very few dedicated track bikes, even in the fast group. |
